My family didn’t sit behind desks.

They drove trucks. They ran contracting outfits. They farmed. Long before I learned HR strategy, I learned how a family-owned business actually runs — early mornings, hard winters, slim margins, and the kind of trust that gets built over years on a crew or in a yard.

That’s the lens I bring to this work.
